Courthouse Road at Little McCall Road is now open following a two- vehicle accident with injuries Saturday morning.
Effingham County Sheriff’s spokesman David Ehsanipoor an 8-year- child was air-lifted to Memorial University Medical Center with serious injuries and one adult with non-life threatening injuries has been transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Ehsanipoor said two Nissan Altimas crashed when one failed to stop at a stop sign at Courthouse Road.
