The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit-and-run accident at Ga. 21 near Goshen Road.
Sheriff’s Office spokesman David Ehsanipoor said a six-year-old child was injured in the wreck and is being transported to Memorial University Medical Center.
Ehsanipoor said the sheriff’s office is looking for a late 1990s model Tahoe or Suburban with a partial tag of Bky.
