On Sept. 4, 2012, at about 11:30 a.m., a Loomis Armored truck guard was robbed at gunpoint by four men while servicing an ATM machine located at Wells Fargo Bank at 1900 Victory Drive in Savannah. The robbers reportedly fled the scene in a stolen red Dodge Ram pickup truck. That vehicle was later recovered by law enforcement officials.
