Rescue group seeks donations
GRRR (Georgia Rescue, Rehabilitation and Relocation) is a local, all-breed dog rescue that specializes in rehab for many of the animals under our care. We desperately need donations to continue our work; we are not funded or subsidized by any other means. Foster folks are also needed so we can expand and save more dogs’ lives. If you care to help in any capacity, contact Lynn Skinner at 912-656-9792 or lynnskinner2008@gmail.com.

Animal lovers needed
Do you have room in your home to foster a homeless pet? Or do you have a few hours a month on a Saturday to help them find a forever home? Save-A-Life, a licensed, nonprofit animal welfare agency helping pets since 1967, could use your help. Call Susan at 912-826-2614 or drop by our mobile adoption desk at PetSmart from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays to tell us what you can do. Your financial contributions and donations of food and supplies are always appreciated, as well. Even helping to spread the word about the importance of spaying and neutering would be a significant help. Let all your friends, family members and acquaintances know that spaying and neutering is the single most effective tool we have to attack the pet overpopulation problem and the deaths and suffering caused by it. Go to www.savealifepets.org. and like us on Facebook.
