Former City Manager Rochelle Small-Toney has been named a deputy city manager in Fayetteville, N.C., city officials there announced this morning.
Small-Toney, 56, resigned in October as Savannah's top executive after Mayor Edna Jackson asked for her resignation.
As a deputy city manager, Small-Toney will oversee Community Investment departments, including Special Projects,Human Relations, Community Development, Development Services and Engineering &
Infrastructure.
Her start date is Monday and her salary will be $158,500.
