A Chatham County Grand Jury has found sufficient evidence to indict brothers Devontay Rashemell Small, 18, and John Montrell Small, 20, for their involvement in shooting death of 23-year-old Timothy Randolph in April 2012, the district attorney’s office announced.
Devontay Small is charged with malice murder, felony murder, criminal attempt to commit a felony, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and making a false statement.
John Small is charged with malice murder, felony murder, criminal attempt to commit a felony and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
