A winning Georgia Lottery instant ticket with a multi-million dollar top prize was sold in Hinesville.
Hinesville Station at 1046 West Oglethorpe Highway in Hinesville, sold a Millionaire Jumbo Bucks instant ticket worth $2.5 million, according to the Georgia Lottery.
Stanley Carlton of Perry, Fla., recently claimed the prize at the Georgia Lottery District Office in Savannah.
Lottery officials said Hinesville Station in 2011 sold another Georgia Lottery instant ticket with a seven-night vacation package for two on a Royal Caribbean cruise as a top prize.
