TailsSpin held their third annual Pet Care & Adoption Fair Saturday at Jacob G. Smith Elementary School.

The fair included vendors, local groomers and trainers and a demonstration from the Garden City K-9 Unit. All proceeds benefit Jacob G. Smith Elementary School and participating animal rescue agencies.
