Two accidents are slowing down traffic on eastbound Interstate 16 near its connection with I-516.
One lane is shutdown near the ramp due to what appears to be a vehicle that has gone off the roadway and into a ditch.
Savannah-Chatham police currently are on the scene of a two-vehicle accident also on I-16 and very close to where the car went into the ditch.
