CEMA: Minor flooding in some areas of Savannah

Chatham County is currently under a flood advisory for minor flooding in several areas that typically do not drain well, according to the Chatham Emergency Management Agency.

CEMA says rains will continue on and off, including some heavy rains, throughout the evening.

The following areas are already experieneing some flooding:

- West Broughton Street at Whitaker Street- Abercorn Street at East Liberty Street- Anderson Street at  Grove Street- Anderson at Paulsen Street- 38th Street at Wessels Avenue- General McIntosh Boulevard- Eastbound lanes of Victory Drive between Live Oak and Cedar streets- Henry Street at Cedar Street

CEMA reminds motorists not to attempt to drive through flooded areas.
