Savannah’s reality star, Ruby Gettinger, will appear on the season finale of “Oprah: Where are They Now?” on Sept. 1 at 10 p.m. on the Oprah Winfrey Network, OWN. Ruby, whose journey to lose weight was featured on a documentary-type reality show titled “Ruby” on the Style Network from 2008 to 2011, will talk to Oprah about her weight loss journey and if she’s been able to keep off the pounds.
Gettinger, a Savannah resident, reportedly weighed 716 pounds at her heaviest and was on the “Oprah Show” in 2009.
