Officials from the Coastal Region Metropolitan Planning Organization will present a plan to construct an elevated expressway along Abercorn Street Extension at 5 p.m. at the Armstrong Center, 13040 Abercorn St.
Tolls are being considered as a way to pay for the estimated $212 million project, which is being proposed as a way to separate regional and local traffic. The public is encouraged to attend and offer input.
