A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of three individuals in the connection with the manufacture of methamphetamine in Richmond Hill police say.
April Marie Owen, Lisa Devereaz and Jason Cless were all arrested and taken into custody on Nov. 16 after an investigation initiated by RHPD Cpl. Jack Frost revealed they were in the area for the purposes of obtaining materials needed in the production of methamphetamine.
As a result of the arrest an amount of methamphetamine, pseudoephedrine containing products, Coleman camp fuel, lye and other products were discovered.
A statement from the RHPD says the police department along with local pharmacies and businesses remain proactive in monitoring activities surrounding the purchases of items related to the manufacture of methamphetamine.
