As paradegoers leave downtown Savannah or migrate to River Street and City Market, Savannah-Chatham police say festivalgoers have generally behaved themselves.
By 3:30 p.m. much of the party had shifted to City Market where the sounds of several bands could be heard from various stages.
While some braved the crowd to enjoy the music, others chose to find a grassy spot in Ellis Square for a mid-day nap.
In all, said police spokesman Julian Miller, the festival has gone well. Miller reported two festival-related arrests overnight and several more today, but in all said that revelers have behaved really well.
