A man on Wednesday was indicted on charges he invaded the privacy of two women by placing a camera in a ladies room of a Garden City business.
Charlie Carl Carlson, 42, used a USB pen recording device on Oct. 26 to record activities of a woman in the restroom stall of Bankers Life & Casualty Co., the Chatham County grand jury determined.
A second count in the indicted obtained by Assistant District Attorney Sneh Patel charges Carlson with the same conduct against a second woman in the same location on Oct. 17.
The insurance agency is located in a strip mall on Dean Forest Road.
