Quacco Road near the 700 block is closed due to an accident with injuries.
According to Savannah-Chatham Metro Police spokesperson Julian Miller, the Major Accident Investigation Team is headed to the scene where a head-on collision occured Saturday afternoon.
Quacco Road will be closed until at least 4:30 p.m.
