A Garden City man is in the Effingham County Jail this afternoon facing several charges including child molestation.
Dusty Dan Hamilton, 27, of Garden City, was taken into custody late last night at his residence on Salt Creek Road by Effingham County Sheriff’s deputies.
An investigation revealed that Hamilton had been molesting children of the women he had been dating since 2008. The victim’s ages ranged from 8 to 14.
Hamilton was charged with three counts of child molestation, two counts of sexual battery and statutory rape, said sheriff’s Spokesman David Ehsanipoor.
