A Savannah man on Wednesday was indicted on murder and related charges in the September slaying of Gregory Bivin.
Basheen Fayon Hills, 19, took Bivin’s life by shooting him with a .45-caliber pistol on Sept. 26, the Chatham County grand jury determined.
Grand jurors also indicted Hills on a felony-murder count charging that he killed Bivin, 24, during an armed robbery and with armed robbery by using the .45-caliber weapon to take a Highpoint 9mm firearm from the victim.
Bivin's body was found slain in his car in the 2300 block of Lorraine Drive in east Savannah.
